I’m constantly posting photos of people’s kids and families… so I thought I’d share a photo of MY baby! Meet Linus… He has been featured on this blog before, but for our new friends out there, Linus is my adorable mini-labrodoodle. His fella is all love. I think I’ve told him how handsome he is too many times, because he LOVES having his photos taken :-)
He comes to the studio from time to time, but mostly just sleeps… so if you stop by, ask if he’s here, and he’ll be more than happy to give you one of his signature Linus hugs!

6 months, 26 weeks, 185 days, no matter how you look at it, July 4th marks the midway mark until the end of the year. For those of you who celebrate Christmas in July or just plan way ahead, 6 months is not that much time until we all start thinking about holiday celebrations, cards and gifts. Time truly flies when we’re having fun here in Cleveland on those seldom sunny days. We all know that we have to cherish and enjoy each and every nice day because just around the corner snowflakes will be falling and we’ll find ourselves inside our homes freezing. Ok ok, enough of all the dreary and sad ranting. My point is that 6 months from now Christmas will be here and when it comes to scheduling a photo shoot, we want you to start thinking about it now. Kim will be out of town for the majority of October so our fall sessions are booking quickly. Even if you would like to have some blue sky photos for those oh so desired holiday cards, call us today and we’ll do our best to talk the rain gods out of putting a damper on your day.

As I walked into my office this morning, I looked around and got a huge smile on my face. I feel so lucky to get to do what I do for a living. Every day, I interact with wonderful people, and get to give them memories to hold onto. Every day, I get to do what I love… my hobby is my job, and I don’t take that for granted.
So, as Mother’s Day approaches, I think it’s so appropriate for me to say a big THANKS to all the mothers out there that make it possible for me to smile as I walk into work. Thank you for giving me the chance to enter your world and capture it as you see it; and thank you for allowing me to do what I love.
