Some of my favorite sessions are ones where the parents leave thinking we got nothing… Where the kids are marching to the beat of their own drum, running in the opposite direction from each other, and being… well… kids!
This type of scenario usually results in a more photojournalistic approach by me, and the images that are produced are the ones that seem to truly capture the kids at the ages they are, and how they interact with one another.
